COSY BEDS, LOVELY FOOD AND FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF
Welcoming staff at desk and restaurant. Comfy beds and lovely housekeepers. Restaurant food was 10/10 and the cocktails were delicious! Despite the recent hiccups of experience , I would still recommend this hotel.
Gym personal trainer and staff was very rude and not welcoming. The female changing room wasn’t working at the time but even when I had queries, they didn’t acknowledge or want to assist. The parking is always rammed due to guest staff or those sitting in their cars holding up guests to park and enjoy hotel experience. Lift was not in under and severely leaking coming from both there and hallway so towels were on the floor .

Acceptable, but wouldn’t go back.
Location is good. Close to Heathrow if catching a flight.
Doesn’t look like it has been cleaned or decorated in years. The gym and spa facilities are linked to Golds Gym, which is not mentioned anywhere. Therefore the facilities were rammed, especially in the evening after work hours.

A good place stay for fast and easy access to London, Heathrow and local areas
The room felt quite upbeat with nice creature comforts and attention to detail with the bedding, sofa etc. A good location to Heathrow and London with the underground nearly just outside. I would imagine pre-covid the hotel bar and restaurant get quite busy and lively and looked a nice place to spend an evening with a choice of sports bar type tv's or quiet booth areas and good tables with window views to spend fun times with friends etc.
Nothing really, just picking, a weird toilet roll holder position but not exactly much to write home about now is it!

Clean and AC was working. Friendly manager. Gym and swimming facilities. Close to centre and shops.
A few Parking spaces they have are expensive.
